ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, an innovative Greek company in the food industry, is looking for a Customer Excellence Manager.

Location: Athens

Working Model: On site

️You will be reporting to: Sales Director

What you will do:

As the Customer Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

More specifically:

• Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with the company’s goals and values.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction indicators and analyzing data to improve service.
• Training and developing service teams to enhance efficiency and flexibility.
• Managing complaints and finding solutions with the goal of continuous improvement.
• Monitoring team performance, providing training, and offering guidance.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Customer Experience, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Proven leadership experience in managing customer service teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
