Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a team of Data Analysts with diverse backgrounds and goals
• Work closely with leaders across product, finance, risk, compliance and marketing to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions
• Use advanced data modeling, predictive modeling and analytical techniques to interpret key findings from company data and leverage these insights into initiatives that will support business outcomes
• Propose new methods on identifying trends, create new KPIs and ways to improve new ones
• Optimize the database architecture and help the team improve ETL procedures
• Perform business requirements’ ad-hoc analysis and collect required information or data from internal stakeholders
• Be the responsible person regarding regulatory authorities around the globe
• Educate and guide the data analytics team on the transition to Data Bricks
• Contribute to establishing a strong data culture across the organization
• Create models that will contribute to Novibet’s data driven decision making way of working

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Statistics, Math, Economics, Computer Science with Modeling/Data Science, or relevant field
• At least 5 years of prior working experience in similar role
• Hands- on experience in Analytics tools is required (MS SQL, Python, Data Bricks etc.)
• Coding experience with Python or experience with Data Bricks is a plus
• Statistical knowledge in standard techniques: Logistic Regression, Classification models, Cluster Analysis etc.
• Knowledge and experience in the gambling industry is a strong plus
• High drive, can-do attitude, proactive and flexible to changing business demands
• Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, and team-oriented environment
