ManpowerGroup, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the liquefied petroleum gas industry is looking for a Sales Account Manager based in Patra . The company is known for its commitment to quality, safety, and innovation in the energy sector, offering a wide range of LPG products and services to its customers.

🖋️ You will be reporting to: Sales Supervisor

Duties/Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for development and management of LPG prospects and existing customers portfolio. 

More Specifically:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers (Retail & Industrial)
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients, executives and key decision makers ensuring high customer retention rates
  • Build new client relations and brings in new client accounts, in coordination with the Sales Supervisor
  • Monitor and predict key performance indicators for major accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of important metrics
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Regular client visits and on-site company visits, to ensure smooth operations and gain a first-hand understanding of customer needs

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (preferred)
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial sales or in building materials, paints, tools etc.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of the gas industry and market dynamics is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce)
  • Driver’s License
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with existing and new clients
