Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliable Treasury Specialist to join our top qualified and knowledgeable Finance team in Athens Office.

What you will need to do:

• Support the renewal of bilateral banking facilities
• Process Trade Finance Transactions and record them in Agenas
• Ensure proper monitoring and reporting on outstanding exposures (LCs, LGs)
• Process Surety Bond request and liaise with US Brokers
• Comment on Trade Finance Products (LCs / LGs) for Tendering purposes or contracts with third parties
• Comment on Sub-contractors Guarantees in our favor
• Process Cash and Payment Transactions and record them in Agenas
• Liaise with other departments (Tendering, Legal, Procurement, Finance) – Opine on Tendering Documents, JV or Consortium Agreements

Qualifications

What you will need to have: (Adjust by focusing on the Must-haves; Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance. MBA or MSc in Finance or Banking is a strong plus.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience, five (5) out of which in a Corporate Treasury department or as RM/Assistant RM in Banking industry
• Knowledge in handling bilateral facilities
• Wider Knowledge of Trade Finance Products
• Fluent in Greek and English Language
• Excellent command of MS Office and especially Excel
