Patient Manager

On behalf of our client, one of the most prestigious longevity and top-tier medical clinic in Limassol, we are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Patient Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care, service excellence, and operational efficiency. As a Patient Manager, you will be the bridge between patients and the clinics medical team, ensuring an exceptional patient journey from initial inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (applicants without a degree but with relevant experience are welcome).
• Prior experience in patient coordination, customer relations, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Greek (additional languages are an advantage).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM, Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and appointment scheduling software.
• A background in holistic healthcare is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Patient Experience & Care Coordination:
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective patients exploring medical solutions.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with patients regarding test results, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Educate patients about clinic services, procedures, and treatment options to ensure an informed experience.
• Greet and assist patients warmly, ensuring a personalized and comfortable visit.
• Guide patients throughout their journey from lab tests to doctor consultations and follow-up treatments.
• Handle patient inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, always striving for the highest standard of service.

• Operations & Appointment Management:
• Efficiently schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic resource utilization.
• Confirm and remind patients of their appointments to minimize no-shows.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Liaise with other departments for seamless coordination and operational efficiency.

• Team Leadership & Compliance:
• Recruit, train, and supervise reception and concierge staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Set high service standards for the team, proactively anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Implement safety and security protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations.
