Η ομάδα SOLEIL HOSPITALITY GROUP LTD στην Κύπρο με έδρα την Λεμεσό, Κύπρο αναζητά προσωπικό ολόχρονης ή εποχιακής απασχόλησης στη θέση Σερβιτόροι / Σερβιτόρες.
Αρμοδιότητες:
- Επικοινωνεί με τον αρχιμάγειρα για το μενού ημέρας ή τυχόν αλλαγές στο μενού
- Γνωρίζει πολύ καλά το μενού του εστιατορίου, όπως και τη λίστα οινοπνευματωδών ποτών του καταστήματος
- Οργανώνει το πόστο του, επικοινωνεί με τους άλλους σερβιτόρους για τον τρόπο που θα εποπτεύουν τον χώρο εργασίας τους
- Επικοινωνεί με το βοηθό σερβιτόρου για τον τρόπο οργάνωσης και επιμερισμού των καθηκόντων τους
- Υποδέχεται/Καλωσορίζει τον πελάτη με φιλικό τρόπο
- Ενημερώνει για το μενού, προτείνει επιλογές και συνδυασμούς πιάτων με ποτών με τρόπο φιλικό και διακριτικό χωρίς διάθεση επιβολής της γνώμης
- Συνεργάζεται με τα υπόλοιπα πόστα για την άμεση παράδοση της παραγγελίας στους μάγειρες και την έναρξη της προετοιμασίας
- Επικοινωνεί με τον πελάτη για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του.
- Είναι υπεύθυνος για την πληρωμή του κάθε τραπεζιού που αναλαμβάνει την εξυπηρέτησή του και για το ταμείο του
- Αναλαμβάνει καθήκοντα τακτοποίησης των τραπεζιών στο τέλος της βάρδιας του
- Επικοινωνεί με τον προϊστάμενο για τυχόν ελλείψεις και άμεση αναπλήρωσή τους
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στην αντίστοιχη θέση
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Ευγένεια και φιλική διάθεση
- Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Προσεγμένη εμφάνιση
