Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
- Υποστήριξη της συνολικής λειτουργίας του Front Office και διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης επισκεπτών
- Συντονισμός, επίβλεψη και καθημερινή καθοδήγηση της ομάδας υποδοχής
- Διαχείριση check-in / check-out, VIP αφίξεων και ειδικών αιτημάτων πελατών
- Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Housekeeping, Reservations, Sales και Maintenance για την ομαλή λειτουργία του ξενοδοχείου
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων πελατών και άμεση επίλυση ζητημάτων
- Εκπαίδευση, αξιολόγηση και υποστήριξη του προσωπικού Front Office
- Παρακολούθηση της σωστής εφαρμογής των SOPs και των standards του ξενοδοχείου
- Έλεγχος ταμείου υποδοχής και ημερήσιων reports
- Συμμετοχή στον προγραμματισμό βαρδιών και στην εύρυθμη στελέχωση του τμήματος
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 έτη σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Πτυχίο Τουριστικών Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
- Άριστη γνώση ελληνικών και αγγλικών
- Πολύ καλή γνώση PMS συστημάτων και Microsoft Office
- Γνώση του συστήματος Protel θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
- Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα και επαγγελματική παρουσία
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πίεσης και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Ευελιξία σε κυλιόμενο ωράριο
