Η Encircle είναι μια δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενη τεχνική εταιρεία που δραστηριοποιείται στους τομείς της ενέργειας, των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων και των υποδομών. Η εταιρεία παρέχει ολοκληρωμένες υπηρεσίες μελέτης, προμήθειας, κατασκευής και διαχείρισης τεχνικών έργων, συμμετέχοντας τόσο σε ιδιωτικά όσο και σε δημόσια έργα. Στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξής μας, αναζητούμε Μηχανικό Διαγωνισμών & Προσφορών για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας και να συμβάλει ενεργά στην προετοιμασία, οργάνωση και υποβολή τεχνικών και οικονομικών προσφορών για έργα στους τομείς της ενέργειας, των Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων και των υποδομών. Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες Παρακολούθηση και αξιολόγηση διαγωνισμών και προσκλήσεων υποβολής προσφορών από δημόσιους και ιδιωτικούς φορείς. Μελέτη τευχών δημοπράτησης, τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και συμβατικών απαιτήσεων. Προετοιμασία και σύνταξη τεχνικών προσφορών, μεθοδολογιών κατασκευής και λοιπών εγγράφων υποβολής. Συντονισμός με τα τμήματα Engineering, Procurement, Construction και Διοίκησης για τη συλλογή των απαιτούμενων στοιχείων κάθε προσφοράς. Επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές και υπεργολάβους για τη συλλογή τεχνικών και οικονομικών προσφορών. Συμμετοχή στην προκοστολόγηση έργων και στην ανάπτυξη προϋπολογισμών προσφοράς. Σύνταξη πινάκων συμμόρφωσης (Compliance Matrices) και τεκμηρίωση της συμμόρφωσης των προσφορών με τις τεχνικές και συμβατικές απαιτήσεις του έργου. Οργάνωση και διατήρηση αρχείου διαγωνισμών, εταιρικών πιστοποιητικών, βιογραφικών και στοιχείων τεχνικής εμπειρίας. Υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας υποβολής προσφορών μέσω ΕΣΗΔΗΣ και άλλων ηλεκτρονικών πλατφορμών.
