On behalf of our client, a well established and award winning property development company based in Larnaca, we are seeking a motivated and results driven Real Estate Sales Representative to join their growing team.
This role is ideal for a confident professional who enjoys sales, client interaction and wants to build a long term career in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties
- Manage incoming leads and generate new sales opportunities
- Communicate with prospective buyers and identify their needs
- Organise and conduct property viewings
- Support clients throughout the full sales cycle
- Utilise social media and digital tools to enhance sales activity
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in English and Greek is required
- Russian language will be considered a strong advantage
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive and results oriented personality
- Well organised and able to work under pressure
- Social media savvy
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 13:30 and 14:00 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 14:30

- Fixed salary plus commission structure
