Digital Marketing Specialist

Basic Information

We are looking for an execution-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of digital channels, platform algorithms, and performance marketing tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy, executing campaigns across multiple channels, monitoring performance, and continuously proposing improvements based on data and insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads .
• Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Build and manage audiences, remarketing campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
• Create engaging visual assets, banners, and marketing creatives for digital campaigns and social media channels.
• Plan, create, and publish social media content and posts across the company's digital platforms.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Leverage AI tools to create, improve, and optimize content and marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and changes in digital marketing platforms and algorithms.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
• Solid understanding of how digital advertising algorithms and bidding systems work.
• Experience in campaign monitoring, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Experience in AI tools to create, improve, and optimize content and marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
• Excellent computer and digital skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Good to Have

Previous experience in a B2B marketing environment , preferably in technology or SaaS companies.
