Event Project Manager

We're looking for an Event Project Manager to lead the end-to-end planning and execution of our large-scale events, working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver unforgettable experiences. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale events (scope, timeline, resources, budget).
• Oversee coordination of trainers, speakers, and vendors to ensure alignment with client and project objectives.
• Support the creation of partnership proposals (event-based and custom) for client projects.
• Mentor and manage Event Project Associates, ensuring high performance and development.
• Conduct onboarding with new clients for event initiatives.
• Provide customer consulting on event trends, formats, and project strategy.
• Ensure seamless customer onboarding and support throughout projects.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to ensure integrated project delivery and briefing.
• Oversee project budgets and flag risks or opportunities to the Events Manager.
• Track and analyze event performance, delivering reports on outcomes and analytics.
• Ensure excellent attendee and participant experience throughout the event lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Event Management / Event Project Management (project/program leadership level).
• Strong project management skills, able to independently manage scope, timeline, resources, and budget for large-scale events.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in client-facing settings.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Good to Have

• Genuine passion for events, thrives on the "event adrenaline" and enjoys live, high-energy environments.
• Background or working knowledge of Talent Acquisition & HR practices.
• Understanding of strategy and P&L (budget ownership, cost/revenue awareness).
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Sheets, BI tools).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
