Indirect Sales Account Manager

Basic Information

Enerwave , a leading electricity and natural gas company and proud member of HELLENiQ ENERGY Group, is looking for an Indirect Sales Accounts Manager to oversee the performance, development, and governance of its external Call Center partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of the commercial strategy across assigned Call Center partners, ensuring sales targets, KPIs, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor and optimize core performance metrics and lead action plans to close gaps.
• Ensure proper resource allocation to maximize efficiency and output.
• Conduct regular on-site visits, audits, and structured vendor evaluations, driving SLA adherence and governance discipline across all partners.
• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, and analyze call-level data to surface trends, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and oversee the end-to-end customer acquisition journey, from initial contact to contract submission.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Operations, Quality, Legal, Billing, and other internal teams to ensure seamless downstream processes.
• Identify new opportunities within the telesales channel and contribute to the design of new campaigns and commercial initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Telesales Management, or Vendor/BPO Management.
• Proven track record in outbound telesales and achievement of commercial targets.
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach, influence, and develop external teams at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments.
• High degree of integrity and understanding of data protection and compliance requirements.
• Excellent command of Greek and very good command of English.
