UX Expert

Our platform serves three distinct user groups [employers, candidates, and recruiters] and we are currently in an active phase of optimizing and completing the core flows across all three.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of the platform's core flows across the employer, candidate, and ATS interfaces, identifying friction points that impact usability and conversion.
• Define and prioritize UX improvements based on user behavior data, business impact, and technical feasibility, translating insights into clear, actionable decisions.
• Design and run structured UX experiments, including usability tests, A/B tests, and prototype validations, to validate hypotheses and iterate with confidence.
• Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure UX decisions are implemented accurately and consistently across the platform.
• Establish a shared UX framework and decision-making logic that the broader team can apply independently, building organizational UX capability, not just delivering one-off solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on tech products in-house/agency backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ownership of UX flow decisions.
• Strong command of usability principles and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate UX rationale clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving product environment.

Good to Have

• Prior exposure to B2B SaaS or HR Tech products.
• Proficiency in Figma for flow mapping and lightweight prototyping (UI design skills are a plus, not a requirement).
